What is Coaching?
Coaching is "an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organizations... It is aimed at helping clients discover their goals for improvement; define specific goals and strategies for reaching these goals and then enabling the client, through regular coaching, to achieve these goals. It assumes that the client is the expert in [his/her] life and work and that [he/she] is creative, resourceful and whole." - According to the International Coaching Federation.
Who Benefits the Most from Feel Great Coaching?
The type of Coaching client that benefits the most and sees the best results is someone who is ready to make a change and make this change with a Feel Great attitude. By that I mean they are not just "talking the talk", they want to "walk the walk" and be positive too. This client also wants to work with someone who has a positive attitude and looks at the glass as half full. This client wants this "Feel Great" attitude to rub off on them. This client wants to Feel Great, and I want them to Feel Great too.

This is what Feel Great Coaching is all about. My goal is to give you the energy and motivation, so that you will have success. I have an array of tools that I use to accomplish this. Each client is different and has different goals, so I will use whatever method I feel is appropriate for the individual client to succeed.

Wellness Coaching is an area I specialize in; I have been in this field since 1984 and I have helped hundreds of people accomplish their wellness goals.
